2008 membership notices have been mailed to your church.  If you did not receive a membership letter please notify us or see the fee schedule below.

Loan fees are based on membership size of the church, and are renewed annually.  Membership money is used to purchase new resources.  Some video and DVD programs cost around $300 for a series and can cost up to $880 for leadership training types of programs.

Schedule for determining annual membership fee (determine fee and mail check payable to "Conference Treasurer" with a memo indicating "Media Center Membership").  Mail to PNW Conference Media Center, PO Box 13650, Des Moines WA 98198-1009:

• Under 50 members $40
• 51-100 members $45
• 101-150 members $55
• 151-200 members $60
• 201-300 members $70
• 301-400 members $80
• Over 400 members $90

There is an additional user fee that covers the cost of postage both ways. If a church is a member of the Regional Media Center the use fee per video/DVD is $6, if not a member the fee is $15.
